Oh, those tears rolling down the cheeks,

That puppy face,

And….

The dark clouds in the mind…

Did that mean I give up?

 

No, I didn’t,

Never did,

And

Never will…

I was just resting,

For resting helps and empowers…

 

Why sleep, when you can take a nap?

Why halt, when you can take a pause?

&

 Why admit failure, when you can win?

So each one of you,

Who thought I give up…

Judge me by the cover,

For they are unaware of the fierce and compassion,

I wear on the inside….

 

So,

Did I just give up?

No silly, I was just recharging..:)
