Be it the storms of life,

Or,

The tears of the sky,

Like a deep-rooted tree,

I will firmly lie intact…

Be it the scorching heat of summers,

Or the cold night of winter,

I will try,

Try to adjust my temperature accordingly…

Taking the blow of life,

As and when it hits my face,

I will practice,

Practice the skill of patience,

Just to learn,

Learn the skill of a tree…

A tree that keeps on growing,

No matter,

It’s day or night,

Sunny or stormy,

It patiently grows…

So will I…
