Yes, definitely, emotions make us vulnerable, and more. I observed if we get too emotional, it makes us vulnerable to a lot of reactions, it is like a chain reaction of other reactions, and we may not be aware that we were affected. Of course, we want a life free from hassles of everyday simple routines which may be connected to small action and reaction.
